Once Team is approved you will receive a selection form via email
Capital OTB will deduct a $25 entry fee from your account. Funds must be available in order to play. Failure to agree to these terms will forfeit your participation!
Saturday May 21st (Signups open May 13th)
- The first 40 Capital Bets patrons can participate. $25 entry fee. One per person.
- Signups are available at capitalotb.com (under promotions page)
- Money will be withdrawn from patrons Capital Bets account (must have) by next business day. If funds are not available then you will forfeit participation in the bankroll.
- There must be 40 patrons signed up in order to conduct the Preakness Syndicate.
- In addition, Capital OTB will deposit a $500 bonus into the account when the Preakness Syndicate reaches 40 patrons ($1000).
- Syndicate members will be sent an online selection form to fill out. Patrons will fill out form and submit selections. Based on the census, the top cumulative picks will be used for the wagering format. Any ties will go to the horse with the lowest # post position.
- Selection forms will be sent Wednesday May 18th.
- All selections forms must be submitted no later than 11Am on Friday May 20th.
- If a syndicate member fails to submit a selection form then they are not eliminated, but will not have any say regarding horse selections.
- The syndicate wagers will be sent to each participants email & posted online at capitalotb.com (under promotions page).
- 100% of the finishing bankroll will be divided equally and paid out accordingly to each participating Preakness Syndicate member. The money will be deposited into each individual Capital Bets account by Tuesday May 24th.

- PIM Races 9-13
- .50 Pk5 5x4x4x5x5 = $1000 (sequence may vary)
- PIM Race 13
- $80 EX 1/2,3 = $160
- $50 EX 2,3/1 = $100
- $20 EXB 1-2-3-4 = $240
