Rules/Details:
$3000 Syndicate: $100 entry fee/20 account holders plus $1000 CDOTB bonus
Complete the signup form and consent Capital OTB to withdraw agreed upon entry funds from your Capital Bets account.
**Note: There must be account wagering (Capital Bets) activity from the previous month to participate.

Once funds/team are confirmed another email will go out with Selection Form/Entries/PP’s – selections will have to be in BY FRIDAY, MAY 5th.
