| Trends: | You don’t want to drop out the back on the turf, as speed plays, so at the very least you better be able to lay midpack early. |
| Best Play: | #3 SENDERO (5-1) (turf only): Restricted stakes winner has run well in open stakes as well but had a nightmare trip last time—while making a move towards the leaders—so on the drop, in a speedy race, he should get set up, provided he gets a fair run of it. |
